Fall of 2009 they entered Duck Kee studios to record Amusement Park. The idea was to distill everything down to a true representation of the Transportation sound—three guys who have been together since 1997, with little ornamentation. Guitar, bass, drums, and vocals. The result is nothing less than gorgeous. From the upbeat drive of “Love on The Ground” and the catchy cautionary tale of “Danni” to the beautiful shimmer of “Stars in The Sky”, Amusement Park is a song cycle worthy of the greats.
